Shipping:
Naturally Bamboo will ship to anywhere in the United States. International orders are welcome, but please call or email for shipping quote prior to order. We will ship items within 24 hours of receiving payment. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, please call or email before placing order.
Unless expedited shipping is requested, we will use U.S. Priority Mail. This typically takes 2-3 Business Days to arrive, but can take up to 10 days depending on your location.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund. Just call or shoot us an email and we will make sure you are taken care of. We apologize, but CLEARANCE items may not be returned.
